Good sized, clean and comfy, furnished double room. Includes private en suite with shower, toilet and wash basin. Built in wardrobe. Sharing kitchen lounge and garden with one other housemate, live in landlord, has child stays over at weekends. Close to town and transport links, just off corporation road close to morrisons. Prefer a female housemate because i have a young son who stays with me at the weekend and his mother and i are not comfortable for a man that none of us know living here. Sorry if this is dissappointing to anybody
