Other rooms include a well equipped kitchen, lounge, separate dining room with office space and a laundry room. Gas central heating with radiators. Very sunny, private garden. No private parking but always space available for cars right in front of my home.
Excellent transport links to and from Llanfrechfa. Bus stop 100 metres to Cwmbran centre, Caerleon and Newport. 10 minutes drive to Newport and M4.
10 minutes walk to Llanyrafon shopping (12 shops), local pub and Llanyrafon Boating Lake/Golf Course.
I’m a happy man, living alone and I work at the hospital. I smoke cigarettes occasionally in my garden but never smoke indoors. I have an independent cat who’s not very sociable, but very well behaved.
