Spacious furnished double bedroom. Comes with king size bed, chest of drawers, table and large ottoman. I have spare bedding and towels if needed. There is a computer. It's old and slow but you're welcome to use it or I can place elsewhere.

You'll have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen. I also have a small 3rd bedroom that I use as a library which you would be welcome to use as a living room/ study area. Large living/ dining area and enclosed back garden with seating area also available.

There are communal parking spaces directly opposite the house and some around the back but not accessible via the back garden. There's also a Drs across the road and various shops including a barber/ hairdresser, pharmacy and the best chip shop in Newport.

I also have 4 cats so you must be okay to live with them and treat them with respect.

I don't smoke or drink and would prefer someone that doesn't smoke.

Utility bills, wifi, Amazon prime and Disney+ will be included in monthly rent. You'll also have access to all the kitchen essentials and washing machine.

Looking for a respectful candidate who understands that I mostly work from home and that this is my main residency. I currently work from my living room from 3 days a week but can look at moving to another room if required. Ideally you will be working similar hours to me but this isn't a deal breaker.

I also have family to visit from time to time but we're all very welcoming. I would like to get on well with whoever moves in and hopefully build a mutual friendship. Happy to share meals etc if you chip in with the shopping.
