- Furnished with a double bed), bedside cabinets, wardrobe, and desk (can also be offered unfurnished if preferred)
(2) Large Double, - Bright spacious top floor double bedroom with bathroom next door. Toilet/sink to be used solely by the occupant, however the shower/bath facility is shared with the live in landlord.

References/proof of income required. Deposit will be returned upon end of agreement providing no damage has been caused. The tenancy is as a lodger and not as an AST.
