The house:

A clean, terraced house walking distance from town centre and beaches. Cleaner visits every 2 weeks.

Sharing with 3 other respectful tenants between 25 and 33yo. Three males. They have organised a cleaning rota and are respectful of privacy etc.

Suitable for a single working professionals, because of this being a shared house pets and couples are not permitted unfortunately.

House has always been easy going and friendly, with a focus on good tenants of a similar age and interests to ensure a comfortable living environment.
