We are looking to rent out a bedroom. The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, mattress, wardrobe (although not included in the video), chest of drawers and mirror. We are a professional working couple who enjoy the outdoors, sports and the occasional glass of wine.

The house is situated on a quiet estate within walking distance of Newquay town centre (25 mins) and Porth beach (15 mins). There is plenty of street parking.

We are looking for a working professional who is clean, tidy and respectful. This is not a party house, however, we do enjoy socialising and would like to share our new home with an easy going like-minded individual :) Access to the kitchen, bathrooms, living room and garden.
