The room includes a double bed, two double wardrobes with draws inside and plenty of space for a desk, chair, or any other furniture you’d like to bring. You share the bathroom in the photo with one other. There are three bathrooms but would think you would mainly use that one as it's new and closest to the room.

About the house: there's a shared living room, kitchen, and a private back garden. Off-road parking is available. The location is 2-minute walk to the boating lake, 15 minutes to town, and close to a supermarkets.

About us: You’ll be sharing with two easy-going housemates — myself Andrew and Francesca. We’re active and enjoy surfing, running, tennis, and other sports, but we also appreciate our quiet time and keep a clean, respectful home.

We’re looking for a fun, professional and considerate housemate to join us.
