Sharing an annex flat with myself (27yrs from AUS). The room can come mostly furnished if you need - you'd just have to bring a mattress. It’s a five minute walk to town, towan beach, Aldi and ASDA, train station, etc (so it’s a sick location basically). Open to friendly dinners etc but this is NOT a party house. Looking for someone who is mindful of one anothers space, tidy, and preferable female but open to males if the vibe is right 🙂
£670 a month plus electric which is around £50 a month.
