The house itself is situated just outside of newquay in the Goldings Estate. It’s an end terrace house at the end of a quiet road in a family friendly neighbourhood.
There is room for one car on the driveway, and also has electric vehicle charging.

There is a shared kitchen, and living room with a downstairs loo.
The kitchen opens out onto the decking and small garden.

There are two double rooms to choose from both on the 1st floor next to the bathroom.

I am looking to have a maximum 6 month rental for the rooms, but would be more then happy to extend that if everything was going smoothly.

The house would suit a clean, tidy and respectful person who can appreciate a dad joke every now and then. This is not a party house but small occasional gatherings welcome with usual neighbourly respect.
