Located in central Newquay. 5 mins walk to Towan beach and 10 mins to Fistral.

Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and sunny back garden with a shed for bike or surf boards.

Super friendly and outdoorsy household, but we all respect each others peace and privacy.

Looking for someone with a similar mindset who’s relaxed and considerate, and happy to help us keep our home peaceful, clean and tidy.

If you’re looking for a sociable party house this probably isn’t the house for you!

I work part-time from home so ideally looking for someone in full time employment who doesn’t work from home.

Smoking in the garden only.

On street parking

Friendly (hypoallergenic) miniature poodle also resident part-time!
