I work in the civil service and as a musician at the weekends. My housemate works in mental health. We are two easy going guys who just want someone clean, easy to get on with and doesn’t party. We are so lucky to get this house and with the right 3rd person, rent will be cheap and it will be amazing.

You would need to have a car to live here as we are in the countryside. But we are 20 mins from Newry, 12 mins from Dundalk, 30 mins from Armagh and 1 hour from Belfast.

Electric is about 30 per week. We will have to agree what oil to put in for winter and WiFi is 40 quid but very fast. 2 living rooms, 2 sun rooms. Huge kitchen and beautiful scenery.

The spare room has a double bed but needs a mattress. Everything else is fully furnished.
