Hi there! I'm Jon (33). I have a large room to let in my kingsteignton bungalow.

- Plenty of off street parking and there's also have a drive way you can use.

- 10 min cycle to Newton abbot train station. Lots of busses go along our road too.

- For NHS staff it's a 15 min drive to torbay hospital, and shorter to Newton Abbot.

- There is an office which you are welcome to use. There is also space for a desk in your room, I'm happy to arrange a desk if you would like one.

- You would be sharing with two working professionals. We are both happy doing our own things but occasionally a social thing in the house would be great. The garden is also rather beautiful in the spring and summer :)
