We live on the doorstep of Dartmoor, 10 min. walk into friendly town with post office , library, Co-ops, Arts Centre and cafes. Between. Exeter and Plymouth. and beaches within 40 mins. drive.
This is a medium-sized fresh room suitable for single person in a double bed. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and wifi. The large bathroom with shower is shared with one other person. We all share the kitchen, eating and sitting area and washing/drying facilities.

We work out part-time. I am looking for independent, peaceful person with their own occupation and interests, who enjoys the countryside and lives well with others,.
