Hello, my name is Anna.
I have a single room to rent in my lovely cozy home which is located in Heathfield, which is very close to the A38 - about 30/40 minutes drive away from Exeter or Plymouth and 10 minutes from Bovey Tracey and Dartmoor and Newton Abbot.  I am looking for professional females ideally to share my home either on a short term or longer term basis. I would consider males, so please just enquire. Someone who is clean, tidy and respectful is essential!
I am willing to accommodate students (I have hosted several foreign students over the years) and could offer lifts to Exeter for 3 days or possibly more as I work near the university.  I would also consider renting on a daily basis if required. I have a gas safety certificate expiry date August 27.
This would suit someone ideally who has a car, but there are buses which leave regularly from Heathfield to Exeter and Plymouth.  I don't have any pets, other than lots of garden birds as I live so close to Stover Country Park!! I live in a quiet neighbourhood with a small primary school just at the end of the road. I have a lovely, quiet and secluded garden. I enjoy walking on the moors and paddleboarding, love to cook and bake and spend time with family.  I have two daughters who have flown the nest but come home periodically.
