My name is Rowland and we have a big double room available in a wonderfully bright & large house in Wood Green (closest station is Turnpike Lane- about 5-10 min walk). Available from June 18th (potentially earlier if needed). The rooms come with a bed, wardrobe and drawers. House features a LARGE front room, LARGE kitchen, LARGE rear garden, a bathroom and separate WC.
Turnpike Lane is on the Piccadilly line, 12 mins from Kings X, 20 mins from Soho, and direct to Heathrow.

Bills about £80 a month (incl Broadband, Council Tax, Water). Room is available NOW or from 18th May 2026

The house is on a nice quiet road but only a short walk away from the bustling shopping destination that is Wood Green high road! Here you will find all the supermarkets/restaurants/retail stores/pharmacies/bakeries/bookstores/libraries/gyms and cinemas that one could ever ask for!
We are also surrounded by parks! Russell Park is behind our house and Downhills Park, Lordship Rec and Belmont Rec are a short walk away! Alexandra Palace is about a 25 minute walk away! Got a pet?? Our house is PET FRIENDLY (providing your pet gets along with cats as we have a beautiful 2 y/o cat)

I am originally from Australia and I'm a professional musician/pianist, Liam is British and a teacher and Jacob is American and works for a charity. We have a great laugh so we're looking for people who are easy to talk to, responsible, clean and tidy!
