The flat is situated in North Finchley near Summers Lane. There is a bus stop right in front of the property with buses to Highgate (Northern Line) and Bounds Green stations (Piccadilly Line). Bounds Green Station is a 13-minute bus ride away (2 miles). North Finchley Bus Station is also close by.

Convenient, fast and reliable transport links to the City and Central London from New Southgate National Rail train station is a 10-minute bus ride away (1 mile), with regular trains to Moorgate taking 20 minutes.

There are two supermarkets (Co-Op and Tesco Metro) that are a 5-minute walk away. The flat is close to North Finchley High Road with a variety of supermarkets (Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s), shops, cafes, and pubs.

The house is shared with the owner, a teacher. I would like to live with someone who is clean, mature and responsible. I am looking for a person who is honest and respectful, ideally a student or working professional who is looking for somewhere peaceful to stay in London short-term.
