Double room overlooking a lovely quiet garden with access to separate modern, spacious bathroom in an immaculate well maintained house.

There are three rooms located on the first floor, one of the rooms has a male lodger. The bathroom on this floor will be share with the other lodger. The bathroom is kept spotlessly clean and should remain way while sharing. Downstairs ,an extra toilet/clockroom. Weekly cleaning service provided.

My room is located on the 2nd floor loft conversion where I have my own separate bathroom. I am looking to share the house with who is clean and tidy and values a high level of cleanliness.

I am looking to let the room to someone who is a professional and working or studying and enjoys being in tranquil surroundings, and would like to be in a relaxed friendly house with plenty of space.

This is a multi cat house and the cats go out therefore the accommodation is only suitable for someone who is used to should be comfortable around cats.

Please note that pork or pork related products cannot be consumed in the house food wise. Short term (minimum 1 month) Lets are welcome.
