Suite loft with storage for a single in North Finchley N12, 10 minutes walk from Woodside Park station, zone 4, and around the corner from Tally Ho on main road. The house is large (4 bedroom 2 bathroom). In it are Danny, the amazing singer and Milan, photographer, artist and massage therapist.
The house is lovely and spacious.
It's quiet for most of the day. We enjoy meeting up in the communal spaces when it happens, though it's large enough that we often feel we have the place to ourselves.
Danny travels a lot, while Milan is mostly working central.
Milan is a vegan and Danny eats everything
The available room is loft with private huge bathroom and is £1000 pcm including all bills and Virgin 200 internet. Deposit is also 1000. We are keeping it clean and tidy.
Living room has no TV, but futon, also used as therapy or yoga space.
There is a dining room next to the nice kitchen. Some storage in loft and under the stairs is available.
Shared bathroom for other two and guests is on first floor.
Garden is with synthetic grass and a rack. We plant in pots.
There is place for bike there.
Hoping for someone kind, and chilled. We can't take couples nor pets unfortunately.
