Looking for someone to move in at the beginning of April (can be sooner if needed).

A 2 bed flat at the top of a detached house in North Finchley with a shared garden, chill happy vibes and exceptionally lovely landlords. We have a garage out back which would be suitable for office space/DJs/musicians/whatever you’d like - it’s tiled and plastered, got electricity and lights, WiFi, and soundproofing (can’t get a car down there I’m afraid - could get a motorbike though).

Bedroom can be offered with a bedframe or without, bookshelf and mattress. In the shared spaces I have my stuff around and about but happy to shift/get rid if you have your own!

The flat has 1 bathroom with a bath and shower, shared living room, and kitchen. Our neighbours are all lovely and the cat (Arnie) is a chill bloke. Bills come in at around £150 a month give or take. Quiet area, suitable for professionals.

I’m a young professional working 6-7 days a week, very chill, up for a pint if we’re both about but otherwise happy keeping to myself. I’m a musician but dw I don’t practise in the house. Please feel free to drop me a message with any Qs!
