There is a dining room, living room, garden and a small spare room (unoccupied) in the house - all of these are shared with only one other person living in the house. - 28 year old professional female.

The house, also, has a private driveway which can accommodate 2 cars.

It is located in a peaceful residential area 2 minutes walk to the gym, coffee shops, restaurants, North Finchley bus station and 5 - 10 minutes walk to Waitrose, Aldi, small Tesco and a large Sainsbury.

15 minutes walk to Woodside Park station (but I usually grab a bus to Finchley Central from North Finchley bus station).

It is 2 minutes walk to SL10 (superloop) bus which is a fast bus stopping at main stations only and takes 5 minutes to get to FInchley Central station.

Commuting to central London is super easy. and you would have night buses on your doorstep taking you to Baker Street and Marble Arch (13).

I am, sadly, moving out of London so my peaceful, garden facing room is becoming available from the 25th of April.
