I’m subletting my room in Notting Hill, just 5 minutes from Portobello Road. I’m looking for someone interested in renting for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility to stay longer if needed (for example, if you’re moving to London for a Master’s).

The house is FEMALE-preferred. All the girls are professionals and have been living in the house for several years, so it’s a calm, respectful and friendly environment. We also have a cleaner once a week (fee split between the housemates), and everyone helps keep the space clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who would do the same

Rent includes all bills except electricity.

Ideal move-in date is June 3rd, but I can be flexible until June 15th.

I will do viewings this week and I am also available to do online viewings.
