Hi!

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and like-minded professional to share my lovely flat, ideally someone who appreciates a peaceful home while enjoying everything this fantastic area has to offer.

The flat is perfectly located between Queen’s Park and Westbourne Park, just 8 minutes’ walk from the stations, with excellent transport links across London.

The available room is a bright and cosy double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe. The flat itself has a wonderful atmosphere that the photos simply don’t capture—it’s bright, airy, exceptionally quiet and surprisingly spacious for a two-bedroom home. There’s also a lovely balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing after work.

One of the great advantages of sharing with me is that I train most days and spend a lot of time at the gym, where I usually shower after my workouts. This means you’ll often have the bathroom to yourself for much of the day, making the flat feel even more private.

The building is modern and well maintained, with a residents’ gym and secure bike storage.

If you’re into fitness, you’ll love the neighbourhood. There are fantastic gyms within walking distance to suit almost every budget. I’m currently a member of 1Rebel and have already signed up for the brand-new Third Space Queen’s Park, which opens soon. Whether you prefer premium health clubs or more budget-friendly gyms, you’ll be spoiled for choice in the area.

The location is hard to beat:

* London Overground, Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City and Circle lines all nearby.
* Excellent 24-hour bus connections.
* Around 10 minutes by bus to Paddington.
* Queen’s Park, Paddington Recreation Ground (with tennis courts, football pitches and outdoor sports facilities), Hyde Park, Regent’s Park and Little Venice all within easy reach.
* Around a 10-minute walk to Golborne Road and Portobello Road, offering fantastic independent cafés, restaurants, bakeries and shops.
* Easy access to Notting Hill, Abbey Road, Kensington, Camden Town and many other popular areas.

Queen’s Park has a genuine village feel while still being incredibly well connected to Central London. It’s one of those rare neighbourhoods that offers both a relaxed atmosphere and everything you need on your doorstep.

A little about me: I’m easy-going, respectful and hardworking. Outside work I enjoy training, reading, films, travelling, spending time outdoors and exploring London’s cafés and restaurants. I keep the flat clean, relaxed and homely, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy living in a similar environment.

If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing.

Thanks!
