It's a great location, around the corner from Portobello Road and 10 min walk to Notting Hill. You're a 5 minute walk away from some of the buzzy and new bars and restaurants in Notting Hill!

It's also an 8 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Station, 15 minute walk from Westbourne Park station, 20 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate station. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away with regular buses to Victoria, Clapham Junction, Aldwych and Shepherds Bush.

The first floor flat includes a living room, shared bathroom and kitchen. You'll also have a friendly cat as a roommate 🐾

Lease takeover is available from 6 September until the end of the year, £1,162 per month excluding bills
