Hey guys! We are looking for 1 person to join our bright flat in Finsbury Park as a flatmate is sadly moving, due to the current circumstances.

We are a friendly flat, like to have a chat and a drink together when we can. We all have busy jobs we love, so we respect each others need for down time too. We would love to meet people with the same vibe.

The Flat
The flat is in a secure building, set back from the street. We are on the second floor, with double glazed windows throughout, it has been recently re-painted.

Sunny and clean, the flat has an open plan kitchen/dinning/living room, which makes it perfect in the evenings when we are all in, which is rare. There is a bath, for those moments you need to unwind. There is also a shared linen cupboard and a large shared storage space.

Location
The flat is in a great location to enjoy North London. Within walking distance to the Victoria line, it is easy to enjoy London from this spot. Just off Stroud Green, we have easy access to restaurants, bars and really good coffee 🙂
We are also close to the woodland walk, Finsbury Park and a longer (lovely) walk to Crouch End.
