I have a large, well-furnished double room available now, on a short-term or long-term basis. It's £0 deposit if you use Reposit or zerodeposit; otherwise it's 1 month's rent deposit.

The room itself is spacious - 4m x 3.1m (around 12.4m²) - with a comfy double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe/closet, and a chest of drawers. Happy to add a desk too if you'd like one. The door has its own lock and key, so you have full privacy.

Location: it's a 5 minute walk to Harringay station (fast trains to Moorgate/Kings Cross), around 5-10 minute walk to Green Lanes Overground station and local bus stops, and around a 15-20 minute walk (or short bus) to Manor House tube station on the Piccadilly line. It's a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood, close to good pubs, food spots and supermarkets.

Bills and council tax (Council Tax Band C) are all included in the rent - no separate bills to sort out. There's also 1Gbps fibre broadband in the flat, so the wifi is super fast - great for working from home, streaming or gaming.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but only with me - one flatmate, not a houseful. The shared areas are kept clean. The bathroom has a bath and shower and the whole flat is well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer. The kitchen also has a dining table that seats 4 and an air fryer.

The flat (a converted house) is spacious, with your room at the top of the stairs and mine at the bottom. Downstairs is a separate flat with a quiet, polite family. The surrounding neighbours are also quiet, polite and lovely.

A little about me: I'm a chill, polite and considerate guy who works in fintech. I enjoy staying active, literature, art, callisthenics, nature and travelling. I'll be your flatmate, not your landlord - same standards apply to both of us.
