Hi there, I am looking for a female to rent my brother's room. He will be away for 5-6 weeks, and the room is available. The room is very spacious, and we can allocate the second toilet to make it feel en suite if you'd like. The shower is shared, however. This is more like a very adult setting, and we are not party animals whatsoever. We are keeping it very respectful and clean in the flat. No unadvised guests.
