The house was refitted a few years ago by our architect daughter, Amber and it is divine! A generous through double lounge (fully furnished) and stunning landscaped garden with an outdoor artist’s studio. Fab kitchen and diner plus two modern shower rooms make up the communal areas.

The location: a tranquil and leafy residential road a five minute walk to Holloway tube (Piccadilly Line) and Drayton Park BR. Loads of trendy, multicultural restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets nearby. Highbury Fields and the buzz of Highbury and Islington are an easy walk away.

You: We’re looking for someone in a creative industry who is sociable but doesn’t want a full-on party house.
