Hi! I’m moving out of this lovely flat in Canonbury after finishing my placement, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room.
The flat is in a great location, right by New River Walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to Canonbury station (Mildmay and Windrush lines) and around 10 minutes to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line, Overground and National Rail), so it’s really easy to get around London. There are also loads of great pubs, cafés and parks nearby.
The room is a furnished double room with plenty of space, and comes with a desk, making it ideal if you work from home.
The flat has three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a garden out the back that’s great in the summer.
You’ll be living with Fergus (26) and Christian (28), who both work in finance. They’re genuinely great housemates – friendly, considerate and tidy. We often go to the pub together or just hang out in the evenings, so we’d love someone who’s looking for a sociable house rather than just somewhere to sleep.
The room is £990pcm, with bills averaging around £118 per month. This includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and WiFi. A deposit will also be required.
It’s available from 16th August, but we’re fairly flexible on move-in dates if needed.
If it sounds like it could be a good fit, send me a message and we can arrange a viewing!
