About the room:
A loft room available as a sublet. It's very spacious and quite, almost like a studio apartment, in a 4 bed flat share. A lot of light despite two smallish windows. It does come furnished. There are two huge cupboards for storage, one is full of previous old flatmates things (feel free to go through or remove) the other side has one of the tenants things but there is plenty of storage available.

About the flat: There are no significant issues with the flat - no mould, rats or broken appliances. Landlord/agents haven't increased the rent in a long time so we tend not to bother them too much. The house is a bit shabby but everything works. The household is quiet, keeps themselves to themselves, but otherwise very laid back.

About the location: The area is quite good, Highgate is about 8 minutes away, close to the parks, super markets, and Archway is a 15 minute walk. The 43 among other buses stop right outside the house.

What we need: I'm moving for a year or so, possibly permanently and looking for someone to take over the sublet. Looking for someone tidy, responsible and reliable, and can commit to at least 6 months with potential for longer!
