I've got a big single (small double?:) room for rent. The room and also kitchen and shower room, has been recently completely refurbished so it's clean and tidy. It has double bed, huge wardrobe, desk and chair.

Bills are not included. Approx £60-£80 depends on usage.

I am looking for a considerate, kind and drama free person.

I am very chilled out, friendly, opened minded guy. I've got my own life but more than happy to socialise over cup of coffee or take away. I am working currently in mental health.

One more thing. I'm afraid it's not a party house.

Location. 12 min to Seven Sisters tube station and from there 15min to Central London. There is also 5min away Bruce Grove train station. It takes 20 min to get to Liverpool St Station. Local amenities almost on the door step including shops, restaurants, pubs and gym.
