I am looking for someone to replace me in my current room as I will be moving with my friend. The contract starts from the 21st of May . My contract ends on the 21st of August - however you can rent it for more time through the letting agency :).

📍 - 8 minutes walk to Highbury & Islington.
Plenty of shops and nice bakeries in the area.

💸 - Rent is 1083.33 per month. Deposit is one month rent.
ALL BILLS are included in the price! A plus for people who want to work from home!

🏠 - The room is small but there is a massive built-in storage!. I work from home a lot and the whole building is really quite and there is a nice light coming in during the day. There is also a small balcony !

Unfortunately the flat has NO living room!
