From mid-May onwards! I'm searching for a lovely female to take over the lease of a cozy room in a five-bedroom house in Wood Green (North London N22) As my semester is coming to an end, I'll be returning to Germany until mid-August, which is why I'm looking to sublet my place.

The house is just a three-minute walk from wood green underground stop, situated on a safe and quiet street.

The room comes furnished with a single bed , desk wardrobe and ambient lighting, perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere. You'll have access to a warm kitchen, dining area, and a shared bathroom. Plus, there's large supermarkets, shops and a shopping center conveniently located just three minutes away.

Rent is £ 800 per month, with bills typically around £50 per month.
Rent inclusive of Water, Wifi & Council Tax bills.
As for the current housemates, there are currently two boys and three girls (me included) , but two of the boys will be moving out early next month as they've finished their studies. The remaining housemates, two lovely and friendly young females, are looking forward to welcoming a new roommate!
