Hi! My name is Matteo and I am looking for a new flatmate to take over in February as my flatmate is moving out. The flat will be available from the 16 of February. The room is the bigger room in the flat, and the flat consists of 2 rooms in total, a bathroom and a living room with the kitchen. The price is 825 plus bills, which are usually around 100 pounds monthly, slightly higher during winter. I have lived here for almost 5 years and it is a nice flat for two people.
A little about myself, I am a professional and work at evenings at the moment, 5 days a week, I am smoker, but if you are not one it s fine, as I don’t usually smoke in the common areas.
