I have one beautiful modern double rooms available now, discounted at £800/month (single person). Couples are welcome for an extra fee.

This is a Short-Let Max 3 months (i. e Live in Landlord).

I am only looking for short-term guests, so you need to have your main address/residence elsewhere.

All bills included, and there is NO DEPOSITt! So, quite flexible i believe!

We believe that, our relationship should be based on TRUST, so instead of holding your Deposit with us, which makes it so hard to move into a new house...(I know! i have been there), we have decided NOT to ask for a Deposit! No Strings Attached and you have the freedom to move out whenever you want.......

We are SUper near the tube station, Wood Green (6min walk), Picadilly line. only...10mins to Finsbury Park, and 25mins to KingsCross! The Overground/train, goes directly to Old Street and the City!.... and the W3 Bus stops right outside my house, which takes you directly to Crouch-END ! So Quite central!

The house is very Quiet, Safe and Tidy, more than most places i know!
