A spacious double room is available in a serene family home. With my daughter away for a year or more, her room is now open for grabs. We are seeking a clean, responsible, and trustworthy female at my daughters request. You will be sharing the house with myself and my son (21). Occasionally, my daughter may return for a weekend stay, during which she will use the spare box room, so not to worry it will be long-term.

The house features a large kitchen, a bathroom, and a downstairs restroom, all shared among the household. I work long hours during the week and am often out during the early part of the day. I am a kind, respectful, and honest person. Our home is generally quiet and also located in a safe neighbourhood, conveniently close to Winchmore Hill station and not far from Southgate station.

In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and watching series or movies with my adult children when we can get together, you are always welcome to join us for meals, everyone contributes to the clean-up if I am cooking. I also enjoy socializing outside the home at local pubs or restaurants. The available room is spacious, offers ample storage, and receives plenty of light.
