My housemate is sadly moving out and so I now have a room available at the start of August in my lovely 2 bedroom/1 bathroom flat in Finsbury Park/Harringay.

The double room comes furnished with ample wardrobe space, a small cupboard and a comfy double bed and there’s enough room for a desk. The flat is spacious, has a big kitchen and large living room along with high ceilings that lend an airy, light and expansive feel to the space. There’s also a washing machine and a dishwasher in the flat. The flat is a 5min walk from Harringay station (national rail), whisking you away to Moorgate and Old Street in under 25 minutes. Finsbury Park tube station (Victoria line) and Manor house tube station (Piccadilly) are both a 15-minute walk away, and Harringay Green Lanes station (overground) only a 10-minute jaunt. There are 3 huge parks nearby (Finsbury, Clissold and the water reservoir/wetlands) and Crouch End is only a short 20-minute walk, there’s some fab dining at your fingertips in all directions. Plus, a large Sainsbury's superstore is just a 10-minute amble away for all your grocery needs.

The room is £750 a month + bills (~£255 pcm). You would be living with 1x full time professional, down to earth Aussie, who works as a consultant in the not for profit sector. I love music, to travel, eating out, dancing, white water kayaking, baseball, beer and films!

My home is a haven, shared only with myself, and my strange but lovable black-and-white cat. We're all about good vibes and a serene coexistence. I'm in search of a fantastic flattie who is excellently house trained, mature, clean, easy going and is equal parts social and sloth. Hopefully not too much of a catch also, but I'm a pescatarian so am looking for someone who is ideally like minded food wise, though happy with a flexitarian so long as its just not meat every meal.

I do a lot of my own thing and am out a lot, but I also appreciate coming home to a place where I can unwind and share a friendly conversation over a pint or a glass of wine on occasion. So I'm really looking for a like minded person to share the space with. Ideally you’re a professional 32-49, who loves a cat and isn’t working from home all the time. Apologies we cannot have any more pets and the place is not big enough for a couple. I appreciate all backgrounds, interests, sexualities.

If you are interested, please send a message with details about yourself -I'd love to know how you feel about all the bits in the ads! I'll be doing viewings in the coming weeks. Looking forward to meeting you!
