I am subletting my room whilst I go on exchange.

Room availability: 21st of June to 5th of February.

Furniture included: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and a bin.

Also included in the room: clothes rack, laundry basket, lamp, duvet and pillows.

Rent: £583 per month (bills not included)
Deposit: £673 (not £573!!)
Bills: these vary from £50 to £120 per month and are shared between everyone.

Two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower).

Large kitchen with kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, two ovens + stove tops, washing machine and a dryer, two sinks and two fridges.
This doubles up as a living room/social space as well, since there is a dining table and benches.
The kitchen leads to the garden which has a table and chairs.

Smoking is allowed but only in the garden, the house is smoke free. No pets. On-street parking available.

Flatmates are all friendly and sociable, studying dance and with a wide range of interests.
