We are 2 professional creatives looking for someone to sublet our 3rd room in our lovely home.
Its a spacious house, with living room, separate dinning room and kitchen with a garden.
We are not big party people and enjoy our time at the house and looking for someone who will enjoy and respect our home.

10 min walk from tufnel park, 10 min walk from caledonian station.

available from now till 31st august. ask that you stay for a minimum of 7-8 weeks.

Room has basic furnishing, bed, mattress and wardrobe. No bedding.
Its 1 bathroom shared, and there is also another toilet.
