1 bedroom in a refurbished 4-bedroom Victorian house (3 bathrooms) with a garden & bbq terrace.
Location: Islington (50 metres from Newington Green's best bars and restaurants).
Housemates: Mix of creatives / founders living here. We all travel a lot so the house can feel a bit empty at times.
What we're looking for: 30+ (unfortunately won't message back if you're not), kind, respectful, tidy, curious, emotionally aware and self aware.
I've had this place for 4 years and we currently have Tim and Ronny in the house. We prefer a 2x guy, 2x girl split so are ideally looking for another female.
