There are two full bathrooms, so no-one ever needs to wait for the shower.

* Your room is a spacious and bright full double bedroom. It has a bay window and a built-in wardrobe (otherwise unfurnished) and an en-suite bathroom with bath and high pressure shower.

*Your roommates: I'm a writer, originally from South Africa, and my 17 year old daughter, K, is here every second week. She's studying politics and psychology and lit at A levels. We have two sweet older cats.

We're social and friendly and enjoy having lovely friends round for small gatherings, and also appreciate when people need their solo time.

We’re looking for someone lovely, considerate, self-reliant and curious, progressive and queer. Bonus points if you have a green thumb and a vision for the outdoor space.

NB: I am a tenant not the landlord, so all credit checks etc will need to be completed with her.
