Hi,

I have a spacious, bright and fully-furnished room with a double bed to let in my flat in the north Highbury/Arsenal area.
The flat is in a quiet area with lots of trees right next to Clissold Park.

- There are many shops just a couple of minutes walk away including a Sainsburies local.

- Just 10/15 minutes walk to Arsenal tube station on the Piccadilly line.

- About 8 minutes by bus to Highbury and Islington tube station (Victoria Line).

- 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington Church Street. Other localities within a short walking distance include: Blackstock road, Green Lanes/Newington Green and Highbury Hill where there are many cafes, restaurants, pubs and useful stores.

The flat is comfortable, warm, and in good condition. You will have access to the other shared living spaces including shower room, toilet, a good-sized kitchen, living room and balcony.

I am a piano teacher and have an upright piano, so occasionally I give lessons in the living room. However this is only a couple of times a week at the moment.

About myself: in my mid-thirties I would say I am easy going, fairly quiet, and I like a clean and tidy living space.

The room is available to move into immediately and available for renting until Sept 30th.
