It’s a beautiful flat a few minutes walk from the lovely Clissold park and ideally situated between Arsenal and Finsbury park tube station.

I’m a musician, I teach perform and produce (nothing loud!) and I have been living here for over two years. It’s a great neighborhood and the flat is very energy efficient, it stays very warm. It’s also very spacious, modern and lets lots of light in, with a great view from the back where the living room is situated. It also benefits from being very quiet.
