Bright room with a window facing the backyard. 2 male roommates, Mehul and Abhi, working in town planning and finance in their late 20s. They are fantastic and socialable people, we often hang out in the living room and eat/chat together after work. I am relocating to Japan, so I am trying to sublet my room for 3 months (there is a possibility to sign a rental agreement with the landlord afterwards). There is a living room and a backyard. You'll share the upstairs bathroom with one additional person. There is a cleaner coming every 2 weeks.

Sublet period: 1st of July - 27th of September, exact dates are flexible within this range.
