3 min walk from Harringay train station which had excellent links to Moorgate (direct train in 18mins) and Finsbury Park (2 min train with connections to Victoria and Piccadilly Line).

There is space in the living room for hybrid working - I’m a teacher so won’t be at home during the week so you can WFH whenever you like. (You could also fit a desk in the bedroom)

Crouch End Broadway is a 10/15 min walk and has excellent shops/ restaurants and Cafes.

Harringay Green lanes is a 10min walk where there is a big Sainsbury’s and Aldi

Tenancy is due for renewal in July so you would be taking over from my current flatmate. Everything will go through estate agents with deposit protection scheme
