Large shared living room, separate kitchen and garden. 5 minutes from Clissold Park, Church Street and Newington Green.

Living with 3 busy but super friendly girls (the best of the best). Ideally looking for someone sociable who’s keen to get to know their housemates but also has their own network and social life in London. Also looking for someone clean and tidy!

Rent is £930/month
+ ~£110 bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax, WiFi)

The room comes with clothes rail and a wardrobe - and a divan bed frame if wanted (though I brought my own bed).
