Access info: there is an external gate and entry door, both of which require an access code. We are on the third floor and there is no lift.

Description: We're in a modern three-bed ensuite flat, within 5 mins walking distance of Turnpike Lane underground station (Piccadilly Line), 5 mins walk to Hornsey National rail station (direct to Moorgate), there is a bus station at Turnpike Lane, and it's a 15 mins walk to Green Lanes overground station. There is no garden, but we are next to Ducketts Common, which is a well maintained green space, and 25 mins walk to Alexandra Palace/Park. We're within 10 minutes walk of most major supermarkets and a lot of shops in Wood Green - or 10-15 mins on the bus to Hornsey/Muswell Hill and similar for Tottenham.

About us: our flatmate, Tom, has lived here for over two years, but is leaving as he's completing his PhD! We're looking to replace him, with the room officially available from 1st July, but move in could be available from as early as June, as Tom is leaving at the end of May.

I am a 23 year old masters student, studying for the solicitor's qualifying exams. Via is the same, but is studying architecture. Via will be leaving in September as she is an international student doing one year in London - my friend, George, who works in green energy policy is planning on taking her place.

The flat is kept generally clean and tidy in communal areas, although we're not overly strict so long as things are cleaned up in a reasonable timeframe.
