Hello everybody!

We are looking for a new flatmate as one of our friends is moving out!

The flat is located in Myddleton Road, really convinient with Bowes Park station(train) and Bounds Green(Picadilly Line) walking distance.
We are looking for someone to use the livingroom that you can see in the pictures as your own room! (It will come fully unfurnished, we will remove the sofa and everything in there before your start day)
The room is very spacious, with 2 big windows for a lot of light.

We will use the room our friend was staying in as a storage/drying clothes/guest room, it is a bit small to use as a living room.
Some of the furniture in the hall will be taken by him, so we will also have space there to put shoes/coats.
The house has a big kitchen with all the appliances, and you will be sharing the bathroom with just me (Alex), as Marta has her own toilet upstairs.
As for us, we are 2 professional Teachers on our 30s. We like to be quiet at home, but also have a chat when we are in the kitchen! We have been friends for more than 7 years, and we are looking for someone who shares our interests!

The price with all bills included is £815 monthly and the deposit is £725
We are looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 1 year.
