Hi all. I’m renting out my spare bedroom - it’s a good size double, with plenty of storage, a desk/monitor for home working and with use of own bathroom (next to living room). Short term lets welcome.

The flat is a 3 - 5 min walk from Clissold Park. Finsbury Park or Arsenal are the nearest tube stations - walkable distance or you can get a bus. There is a garage / bike shed to store bikes in if you’re a cyclist.

Gas/electric/internet/cleaner bills to be shared between us. TV has prime / netflix etc. Kitchen has all amenities including a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

About me: I work in the city and WFH on Fridays. I like keeping fit, going out for coffee / dinner with friends. Generally I’m not home much as I’m either working or out doing something, unless I’m tending to all my houseplants!

Looking for someone clean & tidy and respectful, who likes a chat from time to time.
