Very spacious room available in a 2 bedroom flat. Fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and side-table. Only a 7 minute walk to Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line)

Both rooms have their own private entrances from the foyer, so no need to walk through the house/kitchen. There are sliding doors to the room that lead to the kitchen but I don't use the kitchen too late in the evening and have never woken my flatmate up. Our rooms are at opposite ends of the flat so I have found it to be a quiet and comfortable home :)

Of course the downside is that there is no living room but the landlord is nice and responsive, and the upstairs neighbours are lovely friends of mine. Very much a queer-friendly household also.

Bills come to around £120 including Council Tax which is band C
