A large room to rent with plenty of light in a lovely Victorian house just a 10 minute walk from Seven Sisters Station (Victoria line) and the Overground.
You’ll be sharing with 6 friendly, considerate people (and a lovely cat) and we’re looking for someone similar. We’re happy doing our own thing but are always up for a chat, watching a film, going for a drink at our local, the Salisbury. We have a good relationship with the landlord - he’s always happy to fix things but isn’t too intrusive.
We have communal TV, fridges, freezers, washing machine and all other amenities. This is a non-smoking house but you’re welcome to use the garden if you want to.
The house is located in a residential street about 10-15 minutes walk to Seven Sisters tube and rain station and the 67 bus stops a few minutes from the house which is great getting to East London. The house is close to Haringey Green Lanes which has loads of shops and restaurants, and there are a few corner shops nearby. There ar also supermarkets at Seven Sisters station, Haringey Green Lanes or Stamford Hill, all 10-15 minutes walk or bus ride.
The deposit is £600. Rent is inclusive of all bills, internet and council tax. We also have a kitty for household items and we share any costs related to the cat. We can only accept people who are in employment and looking for somewhere to live long-term. We also cannot accept any more pets.
If you’re interested it would be great to hear a bit about you like what you do for a living and what you like to do in your spare time. We look forward to hearing from you!
